Cancellation Policy 2008

4 Months (120 Days) to get a 90 % Refund

Under  the 120 Day Notice:

-        If able to rebook the camp, a  90%  refund will be sent only after the replacing party has sent the minimum deposit required or following the replacing party’s arrival at the base.

-         A 100%  credit will be held for a later trip in the same season.

-        If unable to rebook the camp and the party cannot reschedule for a later date in the season, a 50%  credit will be held for the
following season. Last minute cancellations (one month or less) will receive no refunds, and the credits for another trip will be
scheduled as follows. 50% credit for same season reservation, and a 25% credit for the following season reservation.
